New solution, new target market, new opportunities

On March 24, 2026, Barré took part for the first time in the long-established annual Digital Call Center Conference. During the afternoon session of the professional event, which attracted more than 100 participants, our CEO, Tamás Bartha, presented a live demo of our brand-new AI-powered call center quality assurance solution. Of the 13 presentations delivered at the conference, including Barré’s demo, only two provided a detailed look at actual client projects, and ours was the only one to feature a live demo. With this appearance, our company has made a visible and official entry into the customer service systems market. Based on the feedback, the solution has generated significant domestic interest, and we trust it will open several new commercial opportunities for us in 2026!
