BARRÉ AT CRM PROFESSIONAL DAY 2026

Mózsa Ábel 2026. 10. 20. professional appearance

Humans on the line, AI in the background

On 15 October 2026, Barré took part in CRM Professional Day 2026 (CRM Szaknap) both as a speaker and as an exhibitor. At the event, attended by more than 35 companies, our colleague Ábel Mózsa gave a talk titled “Customer Interactions in the 21st Century: AI-Based CRM Quality Assurance with CallSonar”, while at our booth we welcomed everyone interested in meeting us in person.

The talk explored where people remain irreplaceable in customer relationships today, and where artificial intelligence can do more. The starting point was a simple question: how many hours of calls can a customer service manager listen back to in a week? The answer is sobering: traditional, sampling-based quality assurance typically reviews only 1–2% of calls, leaving the rest unevaluated.

In the second half of the talk, we presented our CallSonar solution in a live demo. CallSonar evaluates every call against the company’s own criteria and collects traceable evidence, while the final decision stays with a human. Using a banking example, we also showed the mechanisms through which such a system pays for itself: reduced churn, higher conversion, more efficient call handling and avoided calls.

Following the Digital Call Center conference in March, this was already our second professional appearance in the customer service market this year. We hope that the interest in the solution will soon turn into new joint projects.
