Ábel Mózsa gave a solution presentation on AI at the INFOTÉR 2025
15.10.2025. Our colleague Ábel Mózsa “Can the machine hear what the customer is feeling? – or AI revolution in the quality assurance of customer service” was held at the INFOTÉR 2025 Conference at 2:30 p.m. Ábel spoke as the 2nd speaker of the IBM-themed professional afternoon sponsored by IBM and ERROW ECS. The topic and the presentation aroused the interest of those present. A number of positive feedback was also received, as a result of which concrete collaborations began to unfold with several partners in the spontaneous conversations that developed during the evening program. We thank our colleague for his preparation and we hope that we have taken the first important step towards several of our successful 2026 AI projects at this event!
