THIS IS HOW WE PREPARED FOR THE SIMONYI DAYS – AND HOW WE HELPED OTHERS GET READY TOO

On October 27, we participated in the Simonyi Professional Days, where we delivered a presentation titled “Don’t Be Nervous, Be Prepared! How to Bring Out the Best in Yourself at a Job Interview.” Our goal was simple: to show students how to present themselves with confidence, preparation, and authenticity in an interview – even if it is their very first one.

We briefly discussed how to gain experience already during university, why self-awareness is key in career choice, and how to structure a CV in a way that tells a genuine story about the candidate. We also talked about the dynamics of interviews, the tools for making a strong first impression, and how students can find a workplace where they can not only work but also grow.

We are grateful to have been part of the event, and we hope that we were able to contribute to students approaching their job search with greater confidence.
