Team Barré Pulls Together – Autumn Retreat ’26

Three days together: the Barré team recharged in Szigetköz on this year's autumn retreat.

The Barré team visited the Moson-Danube region from18th to 20th of September 2026.

For this year’s company retreat, we left meetings and monitors behind for three days to recharge together and share new experiences.

This year we went to the picturesque Szigetköz. On the first day we headed out into nature and got into canoes. We soon found out that paddling works the same way as our daily work: you succeed through well-coordinated teamwork. The evening ended with the traditional Barré wine tasting, full of good conversation and plenty of laughter.

On the second day we explored nearby Bratislava. We visited the castle, and in the afternoon we split into smaller groups and discovered the city’s main sights through team-building games.

On the third day we visited the well-known Lipót Bakery Visitor Centre. Over coffee and pastries, we watched how the bread is made.

On the cool autumn evenings, we unwound from the day’s adventures around the campfire and in the hotel’s thermal pool.
